摘 要:建立了1种气相色谱/串联质谱(GC/MS-MS)分析方法,对纺织品中百菌清的残留量进行了测定。该方法以乙酸乙酯为萃取溶剂,超声萃取纺织品中残留的百菌清,萃取温度为45℃,萃取时间为35min。萃取液经浓缩、定容、过滤后进行GC/MS-MS测定,外标法定量。该方法的定量下限为0.1mg/kg,在3种不同加标浓度水平下,该方法的平均加标回收率为81.3%~96.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.9%~12.5%。该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,定量限远低于欧盟法规的限量要求,可满足纺织品中百菌清残留量的日常检测需要。An effective method was established to determine the content of residual chlorothalonil in textiles by gas chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(GC/MS-MS).Residual chlorothalonil in textiles was ultrasonically extracted at 45℃for 35 min by using ethyl acetate as the extraction solvent.The extract was then condensed and filtered,followed by the analysis of GC/MS-MS.The concentration of chlorothalonil was calibrated by the external standard method.The limit of quantification(LOQ)was 0.1 mg/kg for chlorothalonil.The blank sample was spiked at three levels of mass concentration and the spiked average recoveries changed from 81.3%to 96.4%while the relative standard deviation(RSD)changed from 3.9%to 12.5%.The proposed method was simple,accurate and sensitive.The LOQ was far less than the limited requirement of EU regulation.The proposed method could meet the demand on the routine analysis of residual chlorothalonil in textiles.
