摘 要:“法”在王安石变法中具有独特地位,它是王安石政治哲学的核心观念,也是理解王安石思想的一把钥匙。在北宋重建秩序的时代背景之下,王安石强调回向“三代”,效法“先王之道”。他从现实出发,把北宋政治失序的原因归结为“不知法度”,因而提出“大明法度,众建贤才”的口号。王安石的“法”有三层内涵:“先王之法度”、具体的政治制度和刑法。“法”的三层内涵既体现了王安石对“孔孟之道”和“孔荀之制”的融合,也反映了他对儒道思想的融合,这正是王安石思想的特色。The concept of law plays a special role in Wang Anshi′s reform.It is the central concept of Wang Anshi′s political philosophy and also a key to help us understand his thought.Under the order reconstruction in North Song Dynasty,Wang Anshi emphasized coming back to"Three Dynasties"when the sages lived to follow the law of sages.That Wang Anshi thought the reason of political disorder was that there was no clear law,so he advocated"clearing the law and cultivating the talents".His thought of law includes"following the law of former kings",political institutions and penal laws.Wang Anshi′s thought of law reflects fusing Confucianism and Daoism as well as fusing Mencius and Xunzi,which is exactly the feature of Wang′s thought.
