珠三角“代耕农”社会心态表征及调适研究

摘　　要：代耕农是处于“双重边缘”地位的极端弱势群体,其消极的社会心态可能对社会稳定具有潜在的负面影响。对前期就代耕农社会心理测量的结果进行提炼,从理论层面回答代耕农社会心态究竟具有怎样的内在结构特征?这种结构的社会心态是以何种机制转化为相应的社会行动?这些社会行动又会具体产生哪些社会影响等问题。代耕农社会心态的不平衡会引起“焦虑”心态、“弱势”心态和“群体性怨恨”心态。其“焦虑”心态会引发越轨行为、不理性的短期化行为、催生部分危害社会的集群行为;“弱势”心态会危害社会秩序、催生群体冲突行为;“群体性怨恨”是群体性事件的滋生土壤,会催生群体性的冲突违法事件。对此,提出代耕农社会心态的调适路径与社会政策:推进落实配套政策的实施,缓解代耕农焦虑心态;转变政府治理理念,消除代耕农“群体性怨恨”心态;积极直面治理问题,降低代耕农“弱势”心态。As an extremely vulnerable group in the"double Marginalized"position,the negative social mentality of the substituted farmers may have potential negative impacts on social stability.This paper refines the results of the socialpsychological measurement of the farmers in the early stage and answers the question from the theoretical level about what kind of internal structural characteristics the social psychology of the farmers have,what mechanism when this kind of social mentality transform into corresponding social action is,what kind of social impact these social actions will have.The imbalance of the social mentality of the farmers will lead to"anxiety","weak"mentality and"group resentful"mentality.The"anxiety"mentality will lead to deviant,irrational short-term,and some harmful cluster behaviour;"weak"mentality will harm social order and give birth to group conflict behaviour;"group resentment"is the breeding ground of mass incidents,which will lead to mass conflicts and illegal events.In this regard,the paper puts forward the adjustment path and social policy of the social mentality of the substituted farmers:promote the implementation of the supporting policies to alleviate the anxiety;change the governance concept of the government to eliminate the"group resentful"mentality;actively face the governance problems and reduce the"weak"mentality.
