摘  要:径向-轴向组合永磁偏置磁轴承具有结构紧凑、损耗低的优点,本文给出了一种新型结构混合型径向-轴向磁悬浮轴承的原理结构,首先建立了其等效磁路模型,基于等效磁路模型推导了该磁轴承的悬浮力解析表达式及其所特有的补偿线圈的补偿原理和补偿方法。然后采用电磁场的有限元方法验证了该等效磁路模型及有关补偿计算的正确性。最后为了改善磁轴承的性能并更好地满足工程需求要求,基于等效磁路模型,采用多目标粒子种群算法对该轴承进行了优化设计研究,通过优化设计模型与初始模型的对比研究,验证了优化的有效性。The radial-axial combined permanent magnetic bias magnetic bearing has the advantages of compact structure and low loss. This paper gave the principle and structure of a novel of hybrid radial-axial magnetic bearing. First, the equivalent magnetic circuit model was established. Based on the equivalent magnetic circuit model, the analytical expression of the suspension force of the magnetic bearing and its specific compensation coil compensation principle and method were derived. Then the finite element method of electromagnetic field was used to verify the correctness of the equivalent magnetic circuit model and related compensation calculations. Finally,in order to improve the performance of magnetic force and better meet the needs of engineering requirements, the multi-objective particle population algorithm was used to optimize the design of the bearing. By comparing the optimization design model with the initial model, the effectiveness of the optimization was verified.
