摘　　要：为解决军事供应链管理存在需求提报不科学、业务流程复杂、管控能力不强、跨建制协同能力弱的问题,将区块链技术引入军事供应链管理中进行研究。通过对我军的军事供应链管理模式进行分析,分别建立区块链在需求管理、调剂管理、采购管理和分配管理中的应用架构,实现扁平化管理。结果表明:该研究能够解决当前制约军事供应链管理的瓶颈性问题,具有一定的应用价值。In order to solve the problem of unscientific demands,complex business process,weak control ability,and weak cross-system cooperation ability of military supply chain management,brings the block chain into military supply chain management.Analyze domestic military supply chain management mode,separately establish the application structure of demand management,redistribution management,purchase management and allocation management,and realize flat management.The results show that this study can solve the current bottleneck problem that restricts military supply chain and has some application value.
