多廿烷醇对老年内皮功能异常患者血脂及内皮功能的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究多廿烷醇对老年血管内皮功能异常患者血脂及内皮功能方面的疗效。方法连续选取2014年11月~2015年3月北京市苹果园社区老年内皮功能异常患者95例,随机分为多廿烷醇组48例和安慰剂组47例,分别每晚睡前服用多廿烷醇20 mg和安慰剂20 mg,共服药9个月。采用EndPAT2000测定反应性充血指数(RHI)和非对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA),比较2组血脂水平。结果多廿烷醇组服药后TC、LDL-C水平明显低于服药前[(4.63±0.16)mmol/L vs(4.90±0.11)mmol/L,(2.81±0.08)mmol/L vs(3.05±0.10)mmol/L,P<0.05]。多廿烷醇组服药后RHI水平较服药前明显升高,ADMA水平较服药前明显降低[1.78±0.03 vs 1.37±0.05,(0.63±0.02)μmol/L vs(0.80±0.03)μmol/L,P<0.05]。多廿烷醇组服药后RHI水平明显高于安慰剂组,ADMA水平明显低于安慰剂组[1.78±0.03 vs 1.50±0.02,(0.63±0.02)μmol/L vs(0.76±0.02)μmol/L,P<0.05]。结论老年血管内皮功能异常人群中,多廿烷醇除可调节老年人的血脂水平外,还具有改善血管内皮功能的效应。Objective To study the effect of policosanol on blood lipids and endothelial function in elderly endothelial dysfunction patients.Methods Ninety-five elderly endothelial dysfunction patients admitted to our center from November 2014 to March 2015 were divided into policosanol group(n=48)and placebo group(n=47).The patients in policosanol group were given 20 mg policosanol before going to bed and those in placebo group were given 20 mg placenbo before going to bed for 9 months.Their RHI and serum ADMA level were measured with EndPAT2000 and their serum levels of blood lipids were compared.Results The serum levels of TC and LDL-C were significantly lower while the RHI was significantly higher and the serum level of ADMA was significantly lower in policosanol group after treatment than before treatment(4.63±0.16 mmol/L vs 4.90±0.11 mmol/L,2.81±0.08 mmol/L vs 3.05±0.10 mmol/L,1.78±0.03 vs 1.37±0.05,0.63±0.02μmol/L vs 0.80±0.03μmol/L,P<0.05).The RHI was significantly higher while the serum ADMA level was significantly lower in policosanol group than in placebo group after treatment(1.78±0.03 vs 1.50±0.02,0.63±0.02μmol/L vs 0.76±0.02μmol/L,P<0.05).Conclution Policosanol can regulate the blood lipids and improve the endothelial function in elderly endothelial dysfunction patients.
