摘  要:杭锦旗区块天然气规模化开发过程中,利用老井场钻三维水平井可有效缓解井场征地费用高、征地协调时间长、环保压力大等问题。基于JPH-411井井口及地质中靶要求,利用理论计算、数值模拟等方法设计了三维井眼轨道,即直井段采用微增斜段增大最近距离,目的层段采用大井斜稳斜探储层顶界、增斜中靶,形成“直井段(微增斜)-二维增斜段-三维增斜扭方位井段-稳斜段-二维增斜段-水平段”六段制轨道剖面,靶前距450 m,偏移距218 m,造斜率5.45°/30 m。各井段通过优选适应性钻具组合及待钻井眼轨道实时计算对实钻轨迹的有效控制。JPH-411井现场实施结果表明,六段制轨道设计现场实施顺畅,未发生井眼碰撞事故,且技术套管及完井管柱下入顺畅。During the process of large-scale development of natural gas in Hangjinqi block,drilling 3D horizontal wells in old well field can effectively alleviate the problems such as high cost of land acquisition,long coordination time of land acquisition and high pressure of environmental protection.Based on the requirements of well JPH-411 wellhead and geological target,the 3D well-path is designed by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.Due to the high risk of collision in the same well site,a micro-buildup section is designed to increase the shortest distance in order to improve the drilling safety.In view of the uncertainty of the vertical depth of the target layer,the large well deviation is used to detect the reservoir top boundary and increase the inclination target to ensure accurate landing.Finally,a six-section well-path is used in well JPH-411,including micro-build-up section,first build-up section,azimuth turning section,hold section,second build-up section,and horizontal section.The distance from target is 450 m,the offset distance is 218 m,and the build-up rate is 5.45°/30m.The actual drilling trajectory can be effectively controlled by optimizing the adaptive BHA and real-time calculation of the trajectory to be drilled.The results of field application in well JPH-411 show that the six-section well-path is implemented smoothly,no wellbore collision accident occurs,and the running of technical casing and completion string is smooth.
