摘  要:为探究茶花与油茶芽苗砧嫁接育苗最有利的生长条件,研究不同基质、透光度、植物生长调节剂对油茶芽苗砧嫁接茶花苗与嫁接油茶苗的成活率、发芽率与发芽高度的影响。结果表明,发芽高度均有极显著影响,不同基质、透光度、穗条对嫁接苗发芽率的影响极显著,不同植物生长调节剂对茶花嫁接苗与油茶嫁接苗发芽率有显著影响;透光度对嫁接苗存活率影响权重最大,以红土,透光度80%,吲哚-3-乙酸植物生长调节剂,茶花品种1穗条嫁接存活率最高(96.46%);不同穗条对发芽及芽生长高度影响权重最大,嫁接苗发芽率以轻基质,透光度100%,生根粉,茶花品种1穗条为最优组合(56.67%),嫁接苗发芽高度以菜园土基质,黑膜覆盖,激动素,茶花品种1穗条为最优组合(10.55 cm)。In order to explore the most favorable conditions for the growth of camellia seedlings grafted with oil tea bud anvil,the effects of different substrates,transmittance and plant growth regulators on the survival rate,germination rate and germination height of Camellia japonica L.seedlings and Camellia oleifera Abel.seedlings grafted with oil tea bud anvil were studied.The results showed that different substrates,penetrability,plant growth regulator,ear of camellia grafting and differential survival rate of grafting and grafting sprout height all had significant influence,different substrates,penetrability,spike had a very significant influence on grafting germination rate,different plant growth regulators had significant effects on the germination rate of the grafting of Camellia japonica L.seedlings and Camellia oleifera Abel.seedlings.The influence of transmittance on the survival rate of the grafted seedlings was the largest,with red soil,transmittance of 80%,plant growth regulator of 3-indacetic acid,and Camellia japonica L.species 1 ear strip grafting survival rate was the highest(96.46%).Different ear strips had the greatest influence on the germination rate and the height of bud growth,and the best combination was light substrate,100%light transmittance,root powder and Camellia japonica L.variety 1 ear strip(56.67%).The height of germination of the grafted seedlings was based on the garden soil matrix,covered with black film,KT powder,and Camellia japonica L.variety 1 ear strip as the optimal combination(10.55 cm).
