北京-张家口冬奥会的奥运效应对我国冰雪运动发展的推动效力分析

摘　　要：2017年10月党的十九大在北京召开,十九大报告开启了全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的目标,对新时代推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业做出了全面部署。十九大报告也给2022北京-张家口冬奥会筹办提供了新思路。采用文献阅读法、数据分析法等研究方法,基于十九大报告要求,对奥运效应与奥运经济潜力的发挥做出分析。认为发挥奥运经济将会起到:改变举办地经济发展;实现产业升级;推动城市区域建设;推进人民幸福与社会进步四点重要价值。The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing in October 2017.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened the goal of a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,and made a comprehensive plan for promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The report of the 19th CPC National Congress also provides new ideas for the preparation of the 2022 Beijing Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics.Based on the report requirements of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper analyzes the Olympic effect and the development of the Olympic economic potential by using the methods of literature review and data analysis.The research shows that the Olympic economy will play four important roles:changing the economic development of the host country;realizing the industrial upgrading;promoting the urban regional construction;and promoting the people's happiness and social progress.
