CBA职业联赛改革面临的矛盾和问题及对策研究

摘　　要：为促进CBA职业联赛健康、持续且有效发展,不断提高联赛的社会效益和经济效益,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实证分析法以及对比分析等研究方法,通过梳理CBA职业联赛的发展脉络,立足CBA职业联赛所处的社会经济、政治、文化环境以及社会发展的阶段,分析了CBA职业联赛的基本特征和发展趋势,总结出了CBA职业联赛在改革和发展过程的“破与立,矛与盾”。即CBA职业联赛管理体制与CBA公司运行机制不够灵活;改革绩效与联赛不良事件屡有发生的矛盾;联赛竞技水平难以满足国内观众观赛需求;联赛制度安排与赛风赛纪、球员培养的矛盾;联赛商务开发与俱乐部营销行为怠慢;联赛市场国内外竞争激烈与联赛资产资源配置不均以及联赛后备梯队建设与俱乐部一线球员间脱节等多个领域和方面的矛盾。In order to promote the healthy,sustainable and effective development of CBA League and continuously improve its social and economic benefits,this essay has adopted research methods like literature review,expert interviews,solid facts analysis,and comparative analysis,to analyze the basic characteristics and development trend of CBA league.The study with all the mentioned methods is studied within CBA League's social,economic,political,and cultural environment and the social development stage it is in,by sorting out the development process.The final conclusion is that the"breaks"and"creation"and conflict in the revolution and development process of CBA Professional League is that CBA Professional League has a rigid mechanism;the conflict between revolution performance and frequent occurrence of adverse events;low competitiveness and failing to meet the demands of domestic audiences;conflict between league arrangement,competition regulations and cultivation of the players;the commercial development of the league and the tardiness of club marketing behaviors;the fierce competition between home and abroad market and the differentiated distribution of league assets and resources;the step constructions of the reverse force of the league and the gap between first-choice players.
