摘　　要：运动休闲作为一种时尚或者潮流,逐渐走入中国人的生活,并逐渐成为越来越多人的生活理念和生活方式,它深深影响着中国社会,而运动休闲产业更是现代休闲经济的重要组成部分。然而运动休闲在中国社会的普及和发展仍然需要经历一个日臻完善的过程,积极构建运动休闲发展的社会基础能够促进这个过程进展更快,结果更完满。As a fashion or trend,sports and leisure have gradually entered the lives of Chinese people,and gradually become more and more people's life philosophy and lifestyle.It has a profound impact on Chinese society,and the sports and leisure industry is an important part of modern leisure economy.However,the popularization and development of sports and leisure in Chinese society still needs to go through a process of improving day by day.Actively building a social foundation for sports and leisure development can promote faster progress in this process and more perfect results.
