我国休闲娱乐型体育彩票业的现状与未来发展研究

摘　　要：体育彩票现象发源于欧洲,在至今几百年的发展历程中经历了种种曲折,如今已成为各国一个不可或缺的产业。中国古代各朝各代都有赌博活动,无论当朝规范或放任,民间赌博文化一直流传至今,可以说我国博彩业发展的群众基础和文化基础早已具备。从发行亚运会彩票开始,我国已进入体彩业发展的快车道,经过20多年的发展,如今彩票业产值已达千亿规模,但体育彩票在发行过程仍存在很多问题并成为体育彩票业发展的瓶颈。现代健康的彩票业应当努力减少赌博成分,增加休闲娱乐成分,这是我国未来体育彩票业发展的方向。The phenomenon of sports lottery originated in Europe,has gone through several twists and turns in the course of development,and has now become an indispensable industry.China's ancient dynasties have gambling activities,regardless of the standard or laissez-faire,folk gambling culture has been circulating so far,we can say that the development of China's gambling industry base and cultural foundation are already available.From the issuance of the Asian Games lottery began,China has entered the development of the gaming industry to the express,after 20 years of development,and now the lottery industry output value has reached 100 billion scales,but the sports lottery in the distribution process still remain many problems and become the bottleneck of sports gambling industry development.Modern healthy gambling industry should strive to reduce gambling ingredients,increase leisure and entertainment ingredients,which is the development direction of sports lottery industry in China in the future.
