评定液压往复运动密封件性能试验方法标准的研究

摘　　要：液压往复运动密封件主要应用于液压缸或液压作动筒上,评定其性能的试验方法应按照GB/T 32217—2015标准的规定。但该标准存在一些值得商榷的问题,如没有给出活塞密封试验装置示意图等。通过对比分析及根据实际使用经验,提出了上述标准中可能存在的一些问题,并结合GB/T 35023—2018、JB/T 10205—2010等标准提出了一些修改建议,以使GB/T 32217—2015标准更加完善。Reciprocating seals are mainly applied to hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic actuators.Generally,the performance evaluation methods should be based on GB/T 32217—2015 standard while some debatable deficiencies are still existing in the standard,such as missing of a schematic diagram for piston seal testing devices.Through contrastive analyses and based on practical application experience,some possible deficiencies in the above mentioned standard were pointed out,some modification suggestions were proposed according to other national standards including GB/T 35023—2018 and JB/T 10205—2010.For example,a schematic diagram of a test device was proposed to assess the performance of seals in oil hydraulic reciprocating applications to improve GB/T 32217—2015 standard.
