摘 要:为探究桉树人工林群落及次生林群落物种多样性与土壤养分的相关性,以保梅岭自然保护区桉树人工林群落及次生林群落为研究对象,采用样地调查法对2种群落的物种多样性进行调查,并测定各群落林下土壤养分及pH值。结果表明:桉树人工林群落共有各类维管束植物17科27属29种,次生林群落共有各类维管束植物18科25属31种。桉树人工林群落各项多样性指数均低于次生林群落。土壤养分方面除全钾含量外,其余养分含量均表现为次生林群落高于桉树人工林群落。2种群落的丰富度指数均与pH值显著负相关,Simpson优势度指数均与有机质含量显著正相关,可推测土壤pH值及有机质含量是影响两种群落物种多样性的重要因子。In order to explore the correlation between species diversity and soil nutrients of Eucalyptus spp.community and natural secondary forest community. Eucalyptus spp. community and natural secondary forest community in Baomeiling nature reservewere studied. The species diversity of the two communities was investigated by investigation method of sample plot,and the soil nutrient and pH value were measured.The results showed that there were 29 species,27 genera and 17 families of vascular plants in Eucalyptus spp.community. There are 31 species,25 genera and 18 families of vascular plants in the secondary forest community. The diversity index of Eucalyptus spp. community was lower than that of secondary forest community.In terms of soil nutrients,except for total potassium content,the other nutrient contents of secondary forest community were higher than that of Eucalyptus spp. community. The richness index of the two communities was significantly negatively correlated with pH value,andsimpson index was significantly positively correlated with the content of soil organic matter. It can be inferred that pH value and organic matter content are important factors affecting the species diversity of the two communities.
