益气活血法治疗颈性眩晕的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的应用Meta分析法研究在临床观察类文献中益气活血法治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法检索自建库至2019年6月的Wanfang、CNKI、VIP等中文数据库,纳入采用益气活血疗法治疗颈性眩晕的随机对照临床资料,由3名研究者按照要求提取文献资料,使用Cochrane协作网推荐的评估方法进行偏倚风险评价,应用RevMan5.3软件对临床疗效指标进行Meta分析。结果共有11篇文献符合纳入标准,Meta分析结果表明,治疗组的临床有效率优于对照组(RR=1.13,95%CI [1.08,1.18],Z=5.43,P<0.00001);治疗组的《颈性眩晕症状与功能评估表》评分改善情况优于对照组(WMD=0.95,95%CI [0.42,1.47],Z=3.55,P=0.0004)。结论益气活血法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效显著。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue therapy on cervical vertigo in clinical observation literature by meta analysis method.Methods Wanfang,CNKI,VIP and other Chinese database from self-built library to June 2019 were searched,the randomized controlled clinical data about Yiqi Huoxue therapy on cervical vertigo were included.The three researchers extracted literature data according to the requirements,the risk of bias was evaluated using the assessment methods recommended by the Cochrane collaboration,and the clinical efficacy indexes were meta analyzed using RevMan5.3 software.Results Eleven articles met the inclusion criteria,and the results of the meta-analysis showed that the clinical efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(RR=1.13,95%CI[1.08,1.18],Z=5.43,P<0.00001);the cervical vertigo symptom and function evaluation table score improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(WMD=0.95,95%CI[0.42,1.47],Z=3.55,P=0.0004).Conclusion The clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue therapy on cervical vertigo is significant.
