摘　　要：目的研究鼓室内注射地塞米松联合银杏叶提取物对突发性耳聋患者听觉脑干诱发电位及血液流变学的影响。方法将我院收治的170例突发性耳聋患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各85例。对照组给予地塞米松鼓室内注射,观察组在对照组基础上使用银杏叶提取物注射液静脉注射。比较两组的疗效,治疗前、后的BAEP异常率以及血液流变学指标变化情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、ⅤPL异常率均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的HBV、FIB水平、RE均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼓室内注射地塞米松联合银杏叶提取物治疗突发性耳聋的效果较好,能够明显降低BAEP异常率,改善血液流变学。Objective To study the effects of intratympanic injection of dexamethasone combined with ginkgo biloba extract on auditory brainstem evoked potentials and hemorheology in patients with sudden deafness.Methods A total of 170 patients with sudden deafness admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 85 cases in each group.The control group received intratympanic injection of dexamethasone,and the observation group was given ginkgo biloba extract injection intravenously on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,the abnormal rate of BAEP and the changes of hemorheology indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the abnormal rates ofⅠ,ⅢandⅤPL in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the HBV,FIB levels and RE of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intratympanic injection of dexamethasone combined with ginkgo biloba extract is effective in treating sudden deafness,and can significantly reduce the abnormal rate of BAEP and improve hemorheology.
