摘　　要：目的探讨聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a联合替诺福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的临床效果。方法将88例CHB患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(44例,替诺福韦酯)与观察组(44例,聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a联合替诺福韦酯)。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的ALT复常率、HBV DNA转阴率、HBeAg血清转换率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗12个月后,两组的TGFβ1、CatS、TIMP1、TIMP2、YKL-40、MMP-2及MMP-9水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a联合替诺福韦酯治疗CHB的效果显著,可提高HBV DNA转阴率,改善胶原代谢指标水平,抑制YKL-40、MMP-2、MMP-9的表达。Objective To explore the clinical effect of pegylated interferonα-2a combined with tenofovir disoprox in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods A total of 88 patients with CHB were divided into control group(44 cases,tenofovir disoprox)and observation group(44 cases,pegylated interferonα-2a combined with tenofovir disoprox)by random number table method.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The ALT normalization rate,HBV DNA negative conversion rate and HBeAg seroconversion rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the levels of TGFβ1,CatS,TIMP1,TIMP2,YKL-40,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pegylated interferonα-2a combined with tenofovir disoprox in the treatment of CHB has significant effect,it can improve the HBV DNA negative conversion rate,improve the level of collagen metabolism index,and inhibit the expression of YKL-40,MMP-2 and MMP-9.
