摘　　要：目的研究复合组织移植联合人工骨植骨和分期手术治疗跟骨创伤性骨髓炎的临床效果。方法将我院2019年1月至2020年3月收治的120例跟骨创伤性骨髓炎患者根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予复合组织移植联合人工骨植骨治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予分期手术治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的创面愈合时间和跟骨愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的足踝功能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复合组织移植联合人工骨植骨和分期手术治疗跟骨创伤性骨髓炎效果显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of composite tissue transplantation combined with artificial bone grafting and staged operation in the treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis of calcaneus.Methods A total of 120 patients with traumatic osteomyelitis of calcaneus enrolled emolled in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were divided into control group and observation group by the random number method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given composite tissue transplantation combined with artificial bone grafting,and the observation group was given staged operation on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The wound healing time and calcaneal healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the foot and ankle function score in the two groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Composite tissue transplantation combined with artificial bone grafting and staged operation in the treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis of calcaneus has significant effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
