多感官促醒护理对高血压性脑出血术后昏迷患者意识觉醒和神经功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的分析多感官促醒护理对高血压性脑出血术后昏迷患者意识觉醒和神经功能恢复的影响。方法将我院收治的110例高血压性脑出血术后昏迷患者随机分为对照组(55例,常规护理)和观察组(55例,多感官促醒护理+常规护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的GCS、CRS-R和脑功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理1、2、3、4周时,观察组的DFS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的平均苏醒时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多感官促醒护理对高血压性脑出血术后昏迷患者的护理效果显著,可有效促进患者苏醒,提高患者的意识水平和脑功能,改善其生理状态,且能有效降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the effects of multi sensory arousal nursing on consciousness awakening and nerve function recovery of postoperative coma patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 110 postoperative coma patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(55 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(55 cases,multi sensory arousal nursing+routine nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,GCS,CRS-R and brain function scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 1,2,3 and 4 weeks of nursing,the DFS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The average recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi sensory arousal nursing for postoperative coma patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has a significant effect,and it can effectively promote the patient to wake up,enhance patients'consciousness level and brain function,improve its physiological state,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
