摘  要:【目的】明确氮素营养对缓解水稻耐冷性的生理调节机理。【方法】以水稻近等基因系耐冷氮高效I16和冷敏氮低效I67为材料,采用水培试验,研究人工气候室模拟低温胁迫与4个氮肥水平(10、20、40、60 mg·L-1)耦合对水稻根、叶中过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量的影响及互作效应。【结果】在相同生育期及氮水平下,低温处理使根叶中POD、CAT、SOD活性和MDA、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量升高,叶片各指标变化幅度高于根系。在常温条件下,根叶各生理指标随施氮量的增加而增加,而在低温胁迫下,MDA则随施氮量的增加先降低后升高,其他指标则随施氮量增加而先升高后降低。I16根叶的POD、CAT、SOD、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的低温中氮、低温高氮耦合效应分别为正、负效应,而MDA则分别为负、正效应。I67根叶的POD、CAT、SOD、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的低温中氮或低温高氮耦合效应均为正效应,MDA效应与I16一致。【结论】在低温条件下,适宜氮肥能够促进根、叶中POD、CAT、SOD活性及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量的提升,降低MDA含量,这是施氮增强水稻耐冷性的内在机理之一。【Objective】The aim of this study was to clarify the nitrogen-induced regulatory mechanisms to alleviate rice yield losses resulting from cold injury.【Method】Two isogenic lines I16(cold-tolerant and high-efficient nitrogen)and I67(cold-sensitive and low-efficient nitrogen)as material,a hydroponic experiment was conducted with low temperature stress simulated artificial climate chamber,and four nitrogen application rates(10,20,40 and 60 mg·L-1).The effects of low temperature and nitrogen coupling on six physiological indexes,including peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble sugar,soluble protein in roots and leaves during different growing stages were investigated.【Result】Under the same growth periods and nitrogen levels,the low temperature treatments promoted the activity of POD,CAT and SOD in roots and leaves,and also increased the contents of MDA,soluble sugar and soluble protein in roots and leaves,and the indexes of leaves changed more than that of roots.At normal temperature,the physiological indexes of roots and leaves increased with the increase of nitrogen application.In parallel,MDA content decreased firstly and then promoted,while other indexes increased firstly and then reduced with the increase of nitrogen application under low temperature stress.The coupling effects of POD,CAT,SOD,soluble sugar and soluble protein in I16 roots and leaves under the low temperature combined with moderate and high nitrogen application were positive and negative,respectively,while for MDA was the opposite.The coupling effects of POD,CAT,SOD,soluble sugar and soluble protein in I16 roots and leaves under the low temperature combined with medium and high nitrogen were positive,and the coupling effects of MDA were consistent with that of I16.【Conclusion】Under low temperature condition,suitable nitrogen application could promote the activities of POD,CAT,SOD,and high accumulation of solu-ble sugar and soluble protein,and reduce MDA content in roots and leaves,which
