摘 要:【目的】摸清红河烟区烟叶中、微量元素含量的丰度和不足,为烟叶生产及品质提升提供基础数据。【方法】在红河8个烟叶主产区采集300份C3F等级烟叶,参照《中华人民共和国农业行业标准》测定烟叶中的铜、锌、锰、铁元素含量,参照《烟草行业标准》测定钙、镁元素含量。【结果】红河烟区除个旧(15.36 mg·kg^-1)烟叶铜含量平均值较高外,其余烟区均处于适中水平(6~15 mg·kg^-1);烟叶锌含量平均值除蒙自(52.17 mg·kg^-1)、开远(56.87 mg·kg^-1)较高外,其余烟区均适中(20~50 mg·kg^-1);烟叶锰含量平均值除屏边(306.40 mg·kg^-1)、个旧(259.13 mg·kg^-1)、石屏(263.05 mg·kg^-1)较高外,其他烟区均适中(50~200 mg·kg^-1);建水的烟叶平均铁含量较高(177.74 mg·kg^-1),其它地区均高于200 mg·kg^-1;全区烟叶钙含量平均值均处于适中水平(1.7~3.4 mg·kg^-1);烟叶镁含量仅泸西(0.59 mg·kg^-1)、屏边(0.52 mg·kg^-1)处于适中水平,其余烟区均较低。【结论】总体来说,红河烟区烟叶中、微量元素分布存在不同程度的变异,建议结合各烟区烟叶中、微量元素含量的丰缺状况重新调整施肥方案,合理配施,提升烟叶品质。【Objective】To provide basic data for tobacco production and quality improvement,the abundance and deficiency of trace elements in tobacco leaves in Honghe tobacco area were studied.【Method】Three hundred C3F grade tobacco leaves were collected from 8 main tobacco producing areas in Honghe prefecture.The contents of copper,zinc,manganese and iron in tobacco leaves were determined according to the agricultural industry standard of the People's Republic of China,and the contents of calcium and magnesium were determined according to the tobacco industry standard.【Result】The results showed that the average copper content in tobacco leaves of Gejiu(15.36 mg·kg^-1)was higher than that of remaining tobacco areas(6^-15 mg·kg^-1);The average zinc content in tobacco leaves of Mengzi(52.17 mg·kg^-1)and Kaiyuan(56.87 mg·kg^-1)was higher than that of remaining tobacco areas(20-50 mg·kg^-1);Except for Pingbian(306.40 mg·kg^-1),Gejiu(259.13 mg·kg^-1),Shiping(263.05 mg·kg^-1),the average manganese content of tobacco leaves was moderate(50-200 mg·kg^-1);The average iron content in tobacco leaves of Jianshui was high(177.74 mg·kg^-1),and which of other areas was more than 200 mg·kg^-1;The average calcium content in tobacco leaves of the whole area was at a moderate level(1.7-3.4 mg·kg^-1);The magnesium contents in tobacco leaves of Luxi(0.59 mg·kg^-1)and Pingbian(0.52 mg·kg^-1)were in a moderate level,and the other tobacco areas were low.【Conclusion】In general,the distribution of trace elements in Honghe tobacco leaves varies in different degrees.It was suggested that the fertilization scheme should be readjusted in combination with the situation of the content of trace elements in tobacco leaves in each tobacco area to improve the quality of tobacco leaves.
