摘  要:【目的】对多粘类芽孢杆菌LRS-1诱导黄瓜抗疫霉病的作用机理进行研究,包括诱导进程中黄瓜苯丙烷类代谢基因PAL、C4H、CHS等关键基因以及乙烯、茉莉酸等诱导信号调控路径的关键基因的表达情况。【方法】以黄瓜植株为试材,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术。【结果】瓜类疫霉菌和多粘类芽孢杆菌LRS-1对黄瓜植株分别具有SAR和ISR诱导抗性能力,而在“疫霉菌-黄瓜-LRS-1”互作模式下,黄瓜根系受诱导所获抗性则受到SAR和ISR共同作用的影响;与对照相比,疫霉菌或多粘类芽孢杆菌LRS-1均能诱导黄瓜根系抗疫霉病菌侵染的苯丙烷类代谢基因PAL、C4H和CHS等关键基因上调表达,而受诱导基因的动态表达变化则与诱导抗性类型及诱导时间有关。【结论】调控路径分析结果表明疫霉菌对黄瓜SAR诱导抗性主要依赖于茉莉酸路径进行调控,而多粘类芽孢杆菌LRS-1对黄瓜ISR诱导抗性则主要依赖于茉莉酸和乙烯路径来调控。【Objective】The present paper aimed to study the mechanism of Paenibacillus polymyxa LRS-1 on the induction of Phytophthora disease in cucumber,including the expression of cucumber phenylpropane metabolic genes such as PAL,C4H and CHS,and key genes of induction signal regulation pathways of ethylene and jasmonic acid in the induction process.【Method】RT-PCR technology was used in experimental and Cucumber plant used as text material.【Result】The melon phytophthora and Paenibacillus polymyxa LRS-1 had respectively ability to SAR and ISR to cucumber plants,while the induced resistance of cucumber roots was affected by the combined action of SAR and ISR under the mode of interaction between phytophthora and cucumber and LRS-1.Compared with the control group,the key genes of phenylpropane metabolic genes such as PAL,C4H and CHS,which were infected by the cucumber root anti-phytophthora infestans,could be induced by phytophthora infestans or polymyxobacteria LRS-1.【Conclusion】The results of the regulatory path analysis showed that the induced resistance of the cucumber SAR by phytophthora infestans was mainly regulated by the jasmonic pathway,while the induced resistance of the cucumber ISR induced by the polymyxobacillus LRS-1 was mainly regulated by the jasmonic pathway and ethylene pathway.
