摘 要:【目的】综合辣椒(Capsicum annuum)在低磷胁迫下的生长发育、形态结构、根系特征等表观性状指标的耐低磷系数构建评价指标,提出一套较完善的辣椒苗期耐低磷评价方法,以评价不同辣椒品种苗期对缺磷的响应特征,并划分辣椒品种苗期低磷适应性类型。【方法】以西南地区22种常见栽培辣椒杂交种为供试材料,采用霍德兰营养液设正常(CK)和低磷(1%)2个浓度进行培养。基于各表观性状指标的耐低磷系数,综合利用主成分分析法、隶属函数法、排序分析等方法建立了综合指标和单项指标之间的最优回归方程辨析作物品种对胁迫耐性或敏感性的大小。【结果】获得了各品种的综合评价值,并划分了辣椒低磷适宜性类型。基于综合耐低磷系数D值得分结果表明,22个供试辣椒品种可分成耐低磷能力有差异的3类,其中较弱耐低磷10个、中度耐低磷5个、较强耐低磷7个。基于综合指标Z(x)的排序分析结果表明,受试辣椒品种可按低磷适宜性特征划分为Ⅰ.根系敏感磷高效型、Ⅱ.根系钝感磷高效型、Ⅲ.根系钝感磷低效型及Ⅳ.根系敏感磷低效型4类。【结论】依据研究结果可实现在苗期对大批量辣椒耐低磷性状的初步评价,为辣椒耐低磷种质资源的发掘与利用及其他同类研究提供技术支持。【Objective】Through calculating low phosphorus tolerance coefficients of growth and development characteristics,morphological structures,and root system growth characteristics of peppers at seedling stage,the comprehensive indexes were established and the evaluation method of low phosphorus tolerance was put forward.Taking this method,the response characteristics of different pepper varieties to phosphorus deficiency at seedling stage can be evaluated,and the adaptability types of peppers to phosphorus deficiency can be classified.【Method】22 kinds of common pepper varieties cultivated in southwest China were used as test materials in our research.The low phosphorus tolerance test was carried out with Hoagland nutrient solution.One is normal(CK)and the other is low phosphorus solution(1%).Based on 15 indices obtained in experiment,methods of low phosphorus tolerance coefficient,principal component analysis,membership function analysis and ranking analysis were applied in combination.【Result】The optimal regression equations between comprehensive indexes and those single indexes were established and used to discriminate the tolerance or sensitivity characteristic of different pepper varieties.According to the results of comprehensive resistance index D,22 pepper varieties could be divided into 3 categories:Strong resistance to low phosphorus(7 varieties),weak resistance to low phosphorus(10 varieties)and medium resistance to low phosphorus(5 varieties).Based on the comprehensive index Z(x)sorts,the subjects pepper varieties can be divided into 4 types,includingⅠ.Root sensitive,high phosphorus efficiency;Ⅱ.Root insensitive,high phosphorus efficiency;Ⅲ.Root insensitive,low phosphorus efficiency,Ⅳ.Root sensitive,low phosphorus efficiency.【Conclusion】Based on the analysis of the characteristics of low phosphorus tolerance of pepper varieties in seedling stage,the screening and evaluation system and method of low phosphorus tolerance of pepper were established.The tolerance of pepper to low phospho
