摘　　要：医疗互助纳入多层次医疗保障体系,可对现有基本医保和商业医保起到补充作用,实现政府、社会和市场多元资源组合。本文在介绍医疗互助保障内容的基础上,回顾医疗互助在我国医药卫生体制改革中的规划,以及医疗互助对医疗保障体系的补充作用和目前医疗互助行业存在的问题,对我国医疗互助未来改革方向提出了相应建议。The integration of medical mutual aid into the multi-level healthcare security system can complement the existing basic medical insurance and commercial medical insurance,and realize the multi-source combination of government,society and market.On the basis of introducing the contents of medical mutual aid,this paper reviews the planning of medical mutual aid in the reform of China's medical and health system,as well as the complementary role of medical mutual aid to the healthcare security system and the existing problems in the medical mutual aid industry at present,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for medical mutual aid in China.
