凉感抗菌超柔复合功能面料的开发

摘　　要：采用凉感棉纤维与锦纶长丝交织,并通过优化染整工艺开发出具有凉感抗菌超柔复合功能针织面料。该面料的抗起毛起球性能为3级,抗勾丝性能为4级;耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度均在4级以上;20次水洗后,该面料对常规3大菌种的抑菌率达到99.9%以上,凉感值为0.29,具有很好的凉感效果。The cool cotton fiber and nylon filament were interwoven,and through the optimization of dyeing and finishing process,the knitted fabric with cool-feel,antibacterial and super-soft composite function was developed.The antifuzz ball and anti-hook wire properties of fabric was grade 3 and grade 4,respectively.The fastness to rubbing and soaping was above grade 4.After 20 times of washing,the inhibition rate of the three major strains was more than 99.9%.The cool feeling value was up to 0.29,which had a good cool feeling effect.
