摘  要:丝光机淋吸碱系统新方案的核心创意是将暴露在丝光机下部的存碱槽改为封闭式的“存碱管”。新方案可以免去加热碱液的能量消耗,也可以克服碱味道对环境的严重污染。封闭系统可确保淋碱碱液洁净,对淋碱泵进行修改,以达到均匀淋碱的效果。碱水联动自控既节约了用水,又避免了人为操作的不稳定,提高了丝光效果。The main idea of the novel design for alkali drenching and absorption system of mercerizers is to replace the exposed alkali storage tank at the bottom of the mercerizer by a fully enclosed alkali storage pipe.The new system not only significantly reduces the energy consumption in heating alkali solution,but also resolves environmental pollution caused by the alkali odor.The enclosed design of the alkali storage pipe increases the purity of the alkali.We also propose modifications to the alkali pump to ensure its uniform spraying process.The designed autonomous process for mixing and distributing alkali-water mixture both reduces the usage of water and human error,which significantly improves the performance of the mercerizer.
