摘　　要：德育答辩工作是引导大学生形成良好思想道德品质和培育弘扬社会主义核心价值观的重要教育形式,高校应明确德育目标,明晰德育答辩工作的内容和程序,深刻认识德育答辩的工作特点,并从围绕一个德育目标、侧重两类学生群体、把握好三个工作阶段和建立四重导师制度四个方面开展德育答辩的工作实践。Moral education defense work is an important form of education that guides college students to form good ideological and moral qualities and cultivate and promote socialist core values.Colleges and universities should clarify moral education goals,clarify the content and procedures of moral education defense work,and deeply understand the characteristics of moral education defense work.The practice of moral education defense is carried out around a moral education goal,focusing on two types of student groups,grasping the three working stages,and establishing a four-fold tutor system.
