浙江省高职院校毕业生就业情况分析

摘　　要：借助“浙江省大学生网上就业市场”对浙江省设有建筑类专业的高职院校的毕业生就业数据进行了收集,并对各院校2018年建筑类毕业生数量、就业率、专业相关度以及院校毕业生本省就业率、主要就业城市等指标进行了比较分析,得出结论:高职院校发展与地方经济联系紧密,在区域政治、经济中心城市办学有利于高职院校的发展,建筑类专业人才培养与产业发展要求相比依然存在不匹配的地方。With the help of"Zhejiang College Students'Online Employment Market",this paper collects the employment data of the graduates of Higher Vocational Colleges with architecture specialty in Zhejiang Province,and analyzes the number of construction graduates,employment rate,professional relevance,employment rate of graduates in the province and major employment cities.It is concluded that the development of higher vocational colleges is closely related to local economy.Running schools in regional political and economic central cities is conducive to the development of higher vocational colleges.There are still some mismatches between the training of construction professionals and the requirements of industrial development.
