摘　　要：随着社会的发展,就业形势严峻,95后大学生“慢就业”现象逐步常态化,本文从社会、学校、家庭以及95后自身分析原因,辩证地看待这一现象,研究对策,帮助学生成长。With the development of society,the employment situation is grim,and the phenomenon of“slow employment”of college students after 1995 has been gradually normalized.This paper analyzes the reasons from society,schools,families and the 95th century itself,dialectically views this phenomenon,studies countermeasures,and helps students grow up.
