高职工科院系党建标杆院系建设路径探索——以福州职业技术学院机电工程系为例

摘　　要：二级院系党组织是党在高职院校的组织基础和力量源泉,它的建设成效和工作水平决定着党的各项教育方针政策的落实和学校人才培养水平的高低。省级党建标杆院系建设是推进二级院系党建工作发展的有效办法和重要抓手。福州职业技术学院机电工程系作为传统工科院系,以入围全省党建标杆院系建设单位为契机,全面推进院系党建工作,细致查摆存在的不足,认真补足党建短板,积极凝练党建工作特色,进行了一系列深入有益的探索。The secondary Party organization is the Party's organizational foundation and source of strength in higher vocational colleges.Its construction effectiveness and work level determine the implementation of the Party's various educational policies and the level of talent training.The construction of provincial exemplary departments and colleges for Party building is an effective method and an important starting point to promote the development of Party building work in secondary departments and colleges.Taking the opportunity of being shortlisted for a provincial exemplary Party building unit,the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Fuzhou Polytechnic,as a traditional department of engineering,conducts a series of in-depth and useful explorations,such as comprehensively promoting the Party building work,carefully investigating and identifying the shortcomings of the Party building work,and actively condensing the characteristics of the Party building work.
