新时代高校在大学生就业观培育中树立和弘扬工匠精神的途径研究

摘　　要：随着教育行业的不断发展和高等教育的普及,我国高校毕业生人数逐年增加,导致现阶段高校毕业生就业压力越来越大。但高校毕业生人数的逐年增加并不是导致就业形势严峻、就业压力大的唯一原因,毕业生的就业观也会直接影响就业率和就业情况。该文简要探讨了如何培养大学生正确的就业观,以及是否可以将工匠精神融入高校毕业生思想政治教育,并列举了相关措施。The continuous development the education industry and the gradual popularization of higher education have caused the number of college graduates to increase year by year in our country,which directly leads to the problem of high employment pressure for college graduates at this stage.However,the year-on-year increase in the number of college graduates is not the single cause of severe employment pressure.College graduates'view of employment will directly affect the employment rate and employment situation of them.Therefore,this paper briefly discusses how to cultivate college students'view of employment and how to integrate the craftsman spirit into the ideological and political education of college graduates.
