浅谈肝硬化患者的家庭健康指导

摘　　要：肝硬化是一种多病因的常见慢性肝病,发病率较高。其起病缓慢、病程长的特点,决定了大部分患者都是在家中疗养。病情反复,预后差,患者易产生消极悲观的情绪。他们需要社会、家庭在精神上、经济上给予帮助和支持。因此做好肝硬化患者的家庭健康指导就显得尤为重要。做好健康指导对提高肝硬化患者的认知能力,促进疾病的康复,提高生存质量具有十分重要的意义。该文通过查阅相关文献,就肝硬化的现状病因和如何进行家庭健康指导做一综述。Liver cirrhosis is a common chronic liver disease with multiple etiologies which its incidence rate is high.Because of its slow onset and long course,most of the patients are recuperating at home.Patients with recurrent disease and poor prognosis are prone to negative and pessimistic mood.They need help and support from society and family in spirit and economy.Therefore,it is very important to offer patients with cirrhosis effective family health guidance.Offering beneficial health guidance is of great significance to improve the cognitive ability of patients with cirrhosis,promote the recovery of diseases and improve the quality of life.This article reviews the current situation,etiology of cirrhosis and how to conduct family health guidance by consulting relevant literature.
