摘　　要：利用陕西省能源产业绿色低碳软科学研究基地等2018年专项调查数据并采用Tobit模型分析非农就业对农户生活能源转型的影响路径。结果发现人均务工收入增加对生物质能源有显著负向影响,对商品能源有显著正向影响,务工人数及非农就业负担对生物质能源有显著正向影响,对商品能源有显著负向影响。结果表明非农就业对农户生活能源转型的影响路径为非农就业(尤其人均务工收入)能够直接推动农户生活能源转型,另外人均务工收入通过非农就业负担或务工人数影响农户生活能源转型。结果揭示乡村振兴战略下非农就业对农户生活能源转型以经济因素为中心产生影响;非农就业能够推动农户生活能源向绿色可持续能源转型;科学引导非农就业及低碳用能亟待加强。In this study,the 2018 survey data of Shaanxi Province Energy Industry Green Low-carbon Development Soft Science Research Base,and Tobit model are used to analyze how the non-agricultural employment affects transformation of rural energy.The results show that the increase in per capita employment income has significantly negative impacts on biomass energy and positive impacts on commodity energy.Number of workers and non-agricultural burden have significantly positive impact on biomass energy and negative impact on commodity energy.The results show that the influence path of non-agricultural employment on transformation of rural energy as follows:Firstly,non-agricultural employment can directly promote transformation of rural energy.Secondly,per capita employment income affects transformation of rural energy through non-agricultural burden.Thirdly,the per capita income of workers through number of workers affects transformation of rural energy.Under these situations,the results reveal that non-agricultural employment under the rural revitalization strategy has an impact on the economic transformation of rural energy at the center of economy;meanwhile non-agricultural employment can promote green transformation of rural energy;moreover,scientific guidance for non-agricultural employment and low-carbon energy needs to be strengthened urgently.
