摘 要:为了实现对船舶污染物扩散的实时模拟,运用Java Web技术获取了厦门港内船舶的基本信息和自动识别系统(AIS)数据,通过基于船舶引擎功率的动力法测算源强.结合气象状况,在高斯烟团模型的基础上,建立了一种适用于运动排放源和AIS数据的船舶污染扩散模型,对污染浓度分布情况进行实时模拟.利用Web地理信息系统(GIS)技术,分析了船舶进出港、停泊和巡航工况下的NO2分布,下风向不同距离的扩散规律以及NO2对监测站点的贡献.结果表明在2020年1月3日上午9:00—10:00,选取的货船对陆地监测站的NO2贡献率为0.56%.该模型综合考虑了船舶状态和气象条件,能够跟踪船舶污染扩散的实时情况,辅助相关监管人员对实时污染分布、预警、溯源等方面的问题作出决策,具有良好的应用前景.In order to realize a real-time simulation of ship's pollutant diffusion,the Java Web technology was used to obtain the basic information and automatic identification system(AIS)data of ships in the Xiamen Port.The source strength was calculated using a dynamic method based on the engine power.Based on the meteorological conditions and the Gaussian puff model,a ship's pollutant diffusion model suitable for moving emission sources and AIS data was established to simulate the real-time distribution of pollutant concentration.Using Web geographic information system(GIS)technology,the NO2 distribution during ships entering and leaving ports,berthing,and cruising,the diffusion law at different downwind distances and the relative contribution of NO2 those at the monitoring sites were analyzed.The results showed that the relative contribution of ship-related NO2 to the monitored concentration at the land station was 0.56%from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on January 3,2020.This model integrates ship statuses and weather conditions,and can track the real-time diffusion of ship pollutants,which has good prospects to assist relevant supervisors in making decisions on issues such as real-time extent,early warning,and traceability of pollution.
