摘　　要：目的:避免血液透析患者在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间发生院内感染。方法:采取一系列规划方案、包括医院统筹规划、评估血透室工作现状、调整人力资源、制定患者疫期应急预案、优化诊疗流程、患者分层处置、实施三级防控筛查和就诊路线、环境管控等措施。结果:从疫情发生到投稿时止,共治疗患者5959人次,未出现血透患者感染新型冠状病毒肺炎病例。结论:加强新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情流行期间血液透析室综合防控,可避免血液透析患者在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间发生院内感染。Objective:To avoid nosocomial infection happened on hemodialysis patients during the period of new coronavirus pneumonia outbreak.Methods:A series of emergency plans were adopted,such as the hospital overall planning,assessing the work situation of hemodialysis center,adjusting the human resource,establishing emergency plans for patients during the epidemic period,optimizing diagnosis and treatment process,hierarchical treatment of patients,implementing a three-level screening and clinic route,environmental controls and other measures.Results:Since the outbreak of the epidemic,a total of 5,959 patients had been treated,and there had been no COVID-19 cases in hemodialysis patients.Conclusion:Comprehensive prevention and control in hemodialysis rooms can help prevent nosocomial infections in hemodialysis patients during COVID-19 epidemics.
