摘 要:目的:分析研究巴林特小组模式缓解新生儿重症监护室护士职业心理负荷的效果。方法:选取我院新生儿重症监护室护士12名作为研究对象,在采用巴林特小组模式前后分别对12名护士进行职业倦怠问卷评分、抑郁量表评分、焦虑量表评分,并进行应用模式前后的自身对照分析。结果:在应用巴林特小组模式前新生儿重症监护室护士的职业倦怠评分、抑郁评分、焦虑评分均显著高于应用巴林特小组模式后的评分,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于新生儿重症监护室护士日常工作采用巴林特小组模式,具有降低护士职业压力所导致的心理负荷,从而提升护士对自身工作的满意感。Objective:To analyze and study the effect of the Balint group model in alleviating occupational psychological burden of nurses in the neonatal intensive care unit.Methods:12 nurses in the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital were chosen,with the occupational burnout questionnaires,depression scales,and anxiety scales scored and self-analysis made before and after the use of the Balint group model.Results:The nurses’burnout scores,depression scores,and anxiety scores in the neonatal intensive care unit before the use of the Balint group model were significantly higher than those after the use of the Balint group model,the difference being statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the daily work of nurses in the neonatal intensive care unit,the use of the Balint group model reduces the psychological burden of nurses’occupational stress,thereby increasing the satisfaction of nurses with their work.
