不同种皮肤保护剂在新生儿Ⅲ度红臀护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察不同种皮肤保护剂在治疗新生儿Ⅲ度红臀的临床效果。方法:将本科150例新生儿红臀随机分为A,B,C三组,每组各50例。A组采用百多邦护臀,B组采用透明质酸凝胶敷料护臀,C组采用银离子敷料护臀。比较三组新生儿红臀的治疗效果。结果:C组优于A组和B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银离子敷料治疗新生儿红臀的效果优于百多邦和透明质酸凝胶敷料,且方法简单,疗效明显,值得临床推广。Objective:to observe the clinical effect of different kinds of skin protective agents in the treatment of newborn i degree red buttock Fruit.Methods:150 cases of neonatal red buttocks were randomly divided into three groups of A,B,C,each group was 50 Example.A group with more than 100 state buttock protection,b group using hyaluronic acid gel dressing buttock protection,c group Protect buttocks with silver ion dressing.The therapeutic effects of three groups of neonatal red buttocks were compared.Results:group c is excellent.In groups a and b.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:silver ion dressing.The effect of treating neonatal red buttocks is better than that of baidobang and hyaluronic acid gel dressings,and the method is simple.The curative effect is obvious and worthy of clinical promotion.
