分娩预演结合产前训练对单胎初产妇认知水平、心理应激状态及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究分娩预演结合产前训练对单胎初产妇认知水平、心理应激状态及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取我院收治的单胎初产妇127例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(63例)和研究组(64例)。对照组行产前训练,研究组在对照组的基础上行分娩预演。观察两组患者认知水平、心理应激状态、妊娠结局。结果:干预后研究组认知水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),不良妊娠结局发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:分娩预演结合产前训练应用于单胎初产妇可通过提高其认知水平、缓解心理应激状态来改善妊娠结局,可临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of labor rehearsal combined with prenatal training on the cognitive level,psychological stress state and pregnancy outcome of singleton primipara.Methods:A total of 127 single-born primiparas in our hospital were selected and divided into a control group(63 cases)and a research group(64 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received prenatal training,and the research group performed labor rehearsal on the basis of the control group.The cognition level,psychological stress state and pregnancy outcome of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:After intervention,the cognitive level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of the Anxiety Self-rating Scale(SAS)and Depression Self-rating Scale(SDS)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05)The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of labor rehearsal combined with prenatal training for single-born primiparas can improve pregnancy outcomes by improving their cognitive level and alleviating psychological stress,which can be clinically promoted.
