某综合三甲医院发热门诊现状分析

摘　　要：目的:分析湖北省外发热门诊病例特点,为发热门诊管理及心理疏导提供指导。方法:采取回顾性分析,登记我院2020年1月20日至2020年2月3日发热门诊接诊的1013例患者资料,分析年龄、性别、流行病学、主要症状等特征。结果:1013例患者,ARI、ILI、发热、NRS均以20~29岁年龄组就诊人数最多,无症状就诊以30~39岁年龄组最多;无症状及NRS就诊病例中,男性占位略低于总体男性占比;目前发热门诊接诊的患者以无流行病学史为主,另外接触湖北人以及非湖北的感冒人群等也成了就诊的原因;患者就诊的主要症状为发热、咳嗽、咽痛,大部分患者出现症状后2 d内就诊。结论:发热门诊是防控的第一道防线,为减少交叉感染,对于有NCP流行病学史的患者可另开独立的诊室;目前患者恐慌心理明显,尤其是女性以及30~39岁年龄组,需要进行心理疏导。Objective:To analyze the characteristics of Fever Outpatient Department cases outside Hubei province,and provide guidance for Fever Outpatient Department management and psychological counseling.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed to register the data of 1013 patients received by the Fever Outpatient Department of our hospital from January 20,2020 to February 3,2020,and analyze the characteristics including age,gender,epidemiology and main symptoms and so on.Results:Among the 1013 patients,the largest number of patients with ARI,ILI,fever and NRS was in the 20-29 age group,while the largest number of asymptomatic patients was in the 30-39 age group;At present,most of the patients do not have epidemiology,in addition,the reason for seeking medical treatment was contact with Hubei people or non-Hubei people with cold.The main symptoms of the patients were fever,cough and sore throat,and most of the patients visited doctors within 2 days after symptoms appeared.Conclusions:The Fever Outpatient Department is the first line of defense for prevention and control.To reduce cross-infection,an independent clinic can be opened for patients with NCP epidemiology.Currently,patients have panic psychology,especially female and 30-39 age group,which need psychological counseling.
