摘 要:在以河砂为细骨料的C40混凝土配合比设计的基础上,以机制砂替代56.8%(质量分数)的河砂、钢渣和粉煤灰复掺替代40%(质量分数)的水泥,制备了类水泥生料组分的可循环混凝土并测试了其基本性能。以可循环混凝土替代97.78%(质量分数)的水泥生料制备了再生水泥,对比了该混凝土破碎粉磨后得到的生料以及采用化学分析纯试剂制备的生料(相同率值),在不同煅烧温度下得到的熟料性能。结果表明,掺入钢渣和粉煤灰使混凝土力学性能下降,但具有较好的抗渗性能;可循环混凝土的引入降低了液相的形成温度,f-CaO含量随着煅烧温度的升高而降低;煅烧两种生料得到的阿利特晶型不同,进而影响其抗压强度。Based on the mix proportion of C40 concrete with river sand as fine aggregate,the recyclable concrete with resemble cement raw material compositions was prepared by using manufactured sand to replace 56.8%(mass fraction)river sand,steel slag and fly ash to replace 40%(mass fraction)cement.The mechanical properties and impermeability of concrete were tested.Recycled cement was prepared by replacing 97.78%(mass fraction)cement raw material with recycled concrete.The clinker properties of the raw materials obtained from the crushing and grinding of concrete were compared with that prepared by chemical analysis reagent(the same rate value).The results show that the addition of steel slag and fly ash reduces the compressive strength of concrete,but improves impermeability.The addition of recyclable concrete reduces the formation temperature of liquid phase,and the f-CaO content decreases with the increase of calcination temperature.The different crystal structures of Alite obtained by calcining two raw materials will affect the compressive strength.
