摘  要:低温条件下,相变材料可以有效调节路面结构内部的温度,但会影响水泥混凝土的强度,通过力学实验研究了十四烷/膨胀石墨相变材料对水泥砂浆及混凝土的强度性能的影响,利用调温性能实验分析了相变材料对水泥混凝土结构内部的调温过程。研究结果表明:随着十四烷/膨胀石墨的掺量增大,相变水泥砂浆及相变混凝土的强度逐渐加速衰减。当相变材料的掺量为3%(质量分数)时,相变水泥混凝土的强度既可以满足中等交通荷载要求,又表现出较稳定的调温性能。低温下,十四烷/膨胀石墨相变材料可以有效降低水泥混凝土结构内部的温度敏感性,减少温度应力引起的开裂。Under low temperature condition,phase change materials(PCM)effectively regulate the internal temperature of cement pavement structure,but it will affect the strength of the cement concrete.The influence of tetradecane/expanded graphite PCM on the strength of cement mortar and concrete were studied through mechanical experiments.The temperature adjustment performance experiment was used to analyze the temperature control process of PCM in the cement concrete structure.The results indicate that with the content of tetradecane/expanded graphite increases,the strengths of the phase change cement mortar and phase change concrete gradually accelerate attenuation.When the content of PCM is 3%(mass fraction),phase change cement concrete meets the requirements of medium traffic loads,simultaneously,it shows stable temperature adjustment performance.At low temperatures,the tetradecane/expandable graphite PCM effectively reduces the temperature sensitivity of cement pavement,and decreases the cracks caused by temperature stress.
