摘 要:为提高污泥灰的水化活性,实现其资源化利用,将造纸污泥灰与生活污泥灰混合煅烧用于制备煤矿充填材料。研究了污泥灰配比、煅烧温度及污泥灰掺量对污泥灰-水泥胶凝体系性能的影响,利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和EDS能谱对污泥灰及其水化产物进行表征。结果表明:当m(造纸污泥灰)∶m(生活污泥灰)=79∶21(质量比)时,污泥灰-水泥试样的需水量及抗压强度均取得最优值;随着煅烧温度的提高,复合污泥灰中贝利特和钙铝黄长石等活性矿物生成量增大,胶凝试样强度不断提高,为节约能耗,煅烧温度取1200℃最为合理;复合污泥灰-水泥体系中污泥灰掺量以不超过40%为宜。相比分别煅烧后混合的污泥灰试样,复合煅烧污泥灰更多参与了早期的水化反应,生成以Ca(OH)2和C-A(Fe)-S-H凝胶为主的水化产物,片状的Ca(OH)2填充于凝胶孔隙中,形成致密整体,提高了试样抗压强度。In order to improve the hydration activity and realize the resource utilization of sludge ash,the papermaking sludge ash and sewage sludge ash were mixed and calcined to prepare backfill material for coal mine.The effects of blending ratio,calcination temperature and dosage of composite sludge ash on the physical properties of sludge ash-cement system were investigated.The hydration products of the cementitious system were characterized through X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and EDS energy spectrum.The result shows that the water demand and compressive strength of sludge ash-cement system achieve optimal results as the mass ratio of papermaking sludge ash and sewage sludge ash is 79∶21.The productions of belite and gehlenite increase in the composite sludge ash as the increase of calcination temperature,leading to the increase of strength of the cementitious samples.The most reasonable calcination temperature should be 1200℃considering energy saving.The dosage of composite sludge ash in the cementitious system should not exceed 40%.The composite calcined sludge ash gets more involved in the early hydration reaction,compared with the contrast samples,Ca(OH)2 and C-A(Fe)-S-H gel are produced during this reaction.Flaky Ca(OH)2 fills the pores of the gel phase from a compact whole,which improves the compressive strength of samples.
