摘  要:通过设定不同钢化应力、硫化镍粒径及距中心面位置、玻璃厚度,计算出不同条件下钢化玻璃内部应力,得到了残余应力分布曲线及自爆临界曲线,并结合80例钢化玻璃自爆源样品测试,讨论了降低自爆率的途径。结果表明:玻璃厚度不变时,随着表面压应力值的增大,自爆临界曲线的截止粒径逐渐变小,截止位置也趋近中心面;表面压应力不变时,截止粒径及截止位置不受玻璃厚度影响;若排除临界尺寸0.046 mm以上的结石,自爆率可由现在的0.3%降低至0.003%。By setting different toughened stresses of toughened glass,different diameters and different distances from the central surface of nickel sulfide and different glass thicknesses,internal stresses for the toughened glass were calculated by the above different conditions,and the residual stress distribution curve and spontaneous break critical curve were obtained.Furthermore,based on the test results of the eighty spontaneous break glass samples with breaking points,methods to reduce spontaneous break rate were discussed.The results show that when glass thickness is fixed,with increase of surface compressive stress,the cut-off particle size of spontaneous break critical curve is decreasing gradually,and the cut-off position is close to the central surface.When surface compressive stress is fixed,the cut-off particle size and cut-off position are not affected by the glass thicknesses.Assuming calculi with sizes more than 0.046 mm are excluded,the existing spontaneous break rate is correspondingly reduced from 0.3%to 0.003%.
