中医治未病理论在慢性下肢静脉功能不全防治中的应用探讨

摘　　要：慢性下肢静脉功能不全在临床上有发病率高、治疗困难、复发率高等特点。治未病是中医理论中重要的核心内容之一。通过运用中医治未病理论,将未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复理念应用在慢性下肢静脉功能不全的防治中,能有效减少发病率,提高临床治疗的效果,也是对治未病理论的丰富与发展。Chronic venous insufficiency is characterized by high incidence,difficult treatment and high recurrence rate.Preventive treatment theory is one of the important core contents in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The preventive teatment theory was applied in the prevention and treatment of chronic venous insufficiency of lower extremity including the concepts of prevention before illness,before the occurrence of disease changes and prevention of reoccurence after being cured.The application of this theory can reduce the incidence rate effectively,and improve the effect of clinical treatment.
