摘 要:设计了一种基于温差发电的传感器自供电系统,可收集通风管道内、外温差能量,为传感器监测系统供电。对温差发电片输出能量进行实验测试,可知单组温差发电片在温差为16℃时输出功率9.42 mW。采用3组温差发电片串联,可满足DHT11传感器模块22.7 mW用电需求。为实现升压转换以满足系统电压需求,设计基于LTC3108芯片能量管理电路,并利用LTspice软件进行仿真,结果表明:能量管理电路可稳定输出3.3 V电压。对自供电系统进行现场测试,当通风管道内、外温差为16℃,自供电系统输出总功率为28.16 mW。传感器模块可正常工作。系统采用模块化设计,可通过增加温差片提升供电能力,且输出稳定,广泛适用于各种温差环境中。A sensor self-power system based on thermoelectric power generation is presented in this paper,it can collect the temperature difference energy inside and outside the ventilation duct,and supply power to the sensor monitoring system.Through the experimental test,it can be known that the output power of a single set of thermoelectric power generation cell is 9.42 mW when the temperature difference is 16℃.It can meet the 22.7 mW power demand of DHT11 sensor module by using three series thermoelectric power generation cells.In order to realize the boost conversion and meet the system voltage demand,the energy management circuit based on LTC3108 chip is designed and simulated by LTspice software.The results show that the energy management circuit can output voltage of 3.3 V stably.Through the field test of the self-powered system,when the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the ventilation duct is 16℃,the total output power of the self-power supply system is 28.16 mW,and the sensor module can work normally.The system is composed of modules,the power supply capacity can be improved by increasing the thermoelectric power generation cells,and the output is stable.The system can be widely used in various temperature difference environments.
