网上询价比选采购系统在高校家具采购中的实践

摘　　要：相比于高校仪器设备多种采购方式而言,因为家具本身的特性和家具供应商水平的参差不齐而造成高校家具采购方式重复单一。通过借鉴网上竞价和线下询价备案两种采购方式的特点建立了家具网上询价比选采购系统。该系统的建立使高校家具采购人员、家具供应商以及家具采购管理者不受时间和空间的限制,大大提高了工作效率。通过对家具供应商的综合评价,确定成交供应商,价格和服务并重,在强调竞争的同时,对供应商的服务水平进行比较。家具网上询价比选采购系统也是对高校家具分散采购方式的一种有益探索。Compared with various procurement methods of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,the procurement method of furniture in colleges and universities is single because of the uneven characteristics of furniture itself and the level of furniture suppliers.In this paper,by using the characteristics of online bidding and offline inquiry and filing for reference,an online inquiry comparison and selection purchasing system for furniture is established.The establishment of this system makes university furniture purchasers,furniture suppliers and managers not be limited by time and space,and greatly improves work efficiency.Through the comprehensive evaluation of suppliers,the successful suppliers are determined.Price and service are both important.While emphasizing competition,service level of suppliers is also considered.At the same time,furniture online inquiry comparison and selection purchasing system is also a beneficial exploration for the decentralized procurement mode of university furniture.
