摘　　要：传统卧式升降式止回阀在使用过程中由于液体腐蚀和杂质的影响会出现密封面损伤、阀芯导向杆断裂等问题,导致止回阀拆装工作量大、失效快、寿命短。改变传统卧式升降式止回阀结构及密封方式,在止回阀阀体内腔室中增加一阀套组件,内含阀套、阀芯及阀套盖板等部件,并将端面密封改为“O”型密封和锥面密封。改进后的止回阀既可保证单流性,又能方便阀组件的拆卸、清理,可有效降低劳动强度和生产成本。The traditional horizontal lift check valve tend to have problems such as damage of sealing surface and breakage of the guide rod of valve core due to the influence of liquid corrosion and impurity in the use,which will lead to the large amount of mounting/dismounting,quick failure and short service life of the check valve.This paper presents the improvements such as changing the structure and sealing of the traditional horizontal lift check valve,adding a valve sleeve component in the cavity of the check valve body(including valve sleeve,valve core and cover plate),and changing the end face seal to O-type seal and conical surface seal.The improved check valve can not only ensure the uniflow,but also facilitate the dismounting and cleaning of valve components,to effectively reduce labor intensity and production costs.
