测气孔板拆装专用工具的研制与应用

摘　　要：为便于涪陵页岩气田计量采用的DN100高级孔板阀的更换、清洗等拆装作业,研制了孔板拆装专用工具。此工具主要由支架和底座两部分组成,采用顶丝结构,利用人力通过螺旋副传动,顶丝带动压盘作为顶举件,将孔板压出。现场应用表明,使用后可防止蛮力拆装对孔板与导板的损坏,控制孔板与导板的水平度,降低工人的劳动强度,提高工作效率。In order to facilitate the replacement and cleaning of DN100 advanced orifice valves used in the Fuling shale gas field,a special tool for orifice plate disassembly and assembly has been developed.This tool is mainly composed of the two parts of the support and the seat.The top thread structure is to manually press out the orifice plate through the screw vice-transmission to drive the pressure plate as the jacking piece.The field application shows that with the tool,the damage of the orifice plate and guide plate can be prevented from brute force disassembly and the levelness of the orifice plate and guide plate can be controlled,so as to reduce the labor intensity of workers and promote the working efficiency.
