摘　　要：数字电视简称DTC,是一种从节目采集、制作、传输到用户端都采用数字方式来处理信号的一种电视系统。数字电视是相对模拟电视而言的概念,是从黑白电视到彩色模拟电视的不断创新发展而来的第三代电视,因此数字电视的清晰度更高,画面感与功能更强大,音效更佳。数字电视的传播质量对社会和国家具有重要影响,因此要对广播、数字电视所传播的内容及质量进行必要的监测,以确保对现今数字电视信号传播内容与质量的高度把控。Digital TV,abbreviated as DTC,is a kind of television system that uses digital methods to process signals from program collection,production,transmission to the user.At the same time,digital is a concept relative to analog TV,and it is the third generation of TV developed from black-and-white TV to color analog TV.Therefore,digital TV has higher definition,picture sense and function More powerful,better sound.The communication quality of digital TV has a great influence on the society and the country.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the content and quality of broadcasting and digital TV,so as to ensure the high control of the content and quality of digital TV signal transmission.
