摘 要:以剥离的层状钛酸H2Ti4O9/H2Ti5O11纳米片复合物为前驱体,以四甲基氢氧化铵为形貌控制剂,采用水热合成法在不同pH条件下制备了不同形貌和暴露高能晶面的锐钛矿型TiO2纳米材料.利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)和选区电子衍射(SAED)对所制备的锐钛矿型TiO2样品进行了表征,并研究了其光降解亚甲基蓝溶液性能.与其他样品相比,{001}、{100}和{010}晶面共暴露的锐钛矿型pH1.5–TiO2棒状晶体在降解亚甲基蓝溶液过程中表现出最高的光催化活性,在紫外光照射120 min时,对亚甲蓝基溶液的降解率高达95.27%.Anatase TiO2 nanomaterials with different morphology and exposed high-energy facets were hydrothermal synthesized by using the exfoliated layered titanated H2Ti4O9/H2Ti5O11 nanosheets compound and tetramethylammonium hydroxide as the precursor and the morphology controlling agent,respectively.The prepared anatase TiO2 nanomaterials were characterized by the powder X–ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),and the photodegradation properties of methylene blue(MB) were studied.Compared with other TiO2 nanomaterials,the rod-like anatase pH1.5–TiO2 nanomaterials with co-exposed {001},{100} and {010} exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity for the degradation of methylene blue solution.And the degradation rate of methylene solution was 95.27% under UV irradiation for 120 min.
